Biological Anthropology
Sophia is a PhD student with research interests in primate behavioral ecology, focusing on nutrition and energetic trade-offs. She received her bachelor’s degree in Anthropology (biological concentration) from Temple University and spent time working in archaeological resource management post grad.
Under Dr. Margaret Bryer, she is a member of the Primate Nutrition Lab, and has done field work with the Nature’s Valley Baboon Project in South Africa.
