Last week, the department hosted our potluck-style soup-off, bringing together students, faculty, and staff over warm bowls of delicious soup from a wonderful range of chefs. The gathering also gave us a chance to celebrate Department Administrator Kristine Schultz on her retirement after many years of service to anthropology. A caring, gracious, and efficient leader, Kris has been a staple of the department and will be deeply missed. We wish her all the best on her next adventures!
