Join the Team - Support Lab Research
The Laboratory for Archaeological Chemistry is one of the only dedicated facilities for archaeological chemistry in the country. Such research is opening windows and doors on our prehistory. But such research is also very expensive. Funding from the National Science Foundation and other institutions provides some of our expenses. Collaborative projects with other archaeologists also generate some funding.
But the work of the Laboratory for Archaeological Chemistry is expensive and finding funding is always difficult. If you would like to contribute to the lab, please do contact us. Donations can help with valuable projects and make it possible for students, laboratory staff, and other researchers to begin or continue new directions of research. Even small donations can make a big difference in our ability to study the past.
Won’t you help? If you can, please contact the Director, T. Douglas Price, by email (tdprice@facstaff.wisc.edu) or phone (608-262-2575) to contribute.
Thank you for your interest in the Laboratory for Archaeological Chemistry.
