FRIDAY AND SATURDAY EVENING SOCIAL EVENTS

Friday Night:

Conference participants will meet for an informal get-together at der Rathskeller, a German-style pub located inside the University of Wisconsin's Memorial Union, in the heart of campus. Festivities begin at 7:00 PM.

Der Rathskeller is reserved for students, faculty, and alumni. If you would like to buy beer, please tell the bar tender you are a member of the Midwest Conference on Andean and Amazonian Archaeology and Ethnohistory (MCAAAE) and they will gladly serve you.

Saturday Night:

At the end of the day's meetings there will be a group dinner at Tutto Pasta Trattoria Bar & Caffe, which is located on State Street in the vibrant heart of Madison. Seating begins at 7:00 PM. We will have a special menu selected that will include a beef, fish, chicken, and vegetarian platter.

Tutto Pasta is located in the middle of State Street, next door to some of the best bars and pubs in the city. State Street can deliver, no matter your mood.
